Li Capitalizes on Herodotou's Mistake, Who Busts Shortly After
Level 18
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Shankui Li raised the button and Herodotos Herodotou called from the big blind.
On the A♠7♠9♥ flop, Herodotou checked and Li bet 16,000, then some confusion followed as Herodotou put in 26,000 in chips, which was intended to be a call. However, the dealer informed Herodotou that this was deemed to be a raise, and a min-raise to 32,000 was enforced on the local player. Li then shoved, and Herodotou tanked for a while before he folded, preserving his remaining 55,000.
Shortly after, Herodotou was eliminated.
