Saracoglu got out of the way, but Murthy made the call after some thought.

With around 80,000 chips in the middle on a flop of 9♣6♦K♦, Andrzej Powalka checked it over to Akinobu Maeda, who bet 20,000. Powalka then check-raised to 70,000, and Maeda called.

The turn brought a 6♠ and Powalka led out with a bet of 75,000. After thinking for around a minute, Maeda put in a raise to 180,000, which got a fold out of Powalka.

The 5♣ turn went check-check before Delmaire-Sizes slid in 150,000 on the Q♦ river. Deniz mulled it over for a bit and then tossed in a call.

Delmaire-Sizes showed A♦J♣ for top pair and raked in the pot as Deniz added his cards to the muck.

Umit Sadi opened to 30,000 from the small blind. Volkan Yucel defended the big blind. The flop of 5♦Q♦9♠ was checked around before Sadi led the Q♠ turn for 30,000. Yucel called. The 3♥ river was checked down. Sadi tabled 9♥8♥ for two pair and took the pot.

The very next hand. Sadi opened from the button to 30,000. Yucel called from the small blind and Marian Virlanuta defened the big blind. Yucel led for 25,000 on the K♣Q♠7♣ flop for 25,000. Virlanuta folded and Sadi called. Yucel slowed down and checked the K♦ turn before Sadi sized up to 40,000. Yucel folded and Sadi took his second pot in a row.
