Zhen Chen opened the hijack to 30,000 and Belarmino De Souza shoved from the button for 60,000. When it got back to Chen, he folded.

De Souza was marginally ahead and looked set for a double-up on the K♥K♣7♥2♦ board, but then a 10♠ dropped on the river, which sent him to the rail at the hands of Chen.
With over 100,000 chips in the middle on a board of 4♥J♠8♥9♦, Apoorva Goel checked it over to Pascal Hartmann, who fired 65,000. Goel then shoved for 240,000, and Hartmann quickly called.

Hartmann had his fair share of outs, but couldn't find any of them as the 6♠ on the river kept the two pair of Goel in the lead.
Vladislav Dubanov raised to 35,000 under the gun with Andras Nemeth calling in the hijack, and Lev Margolin calling from the small blind.
The board of 7♣A♠5♦Q♠Q♦ was checked all the way to river before Margolin bet 55,000. Dubanov folded but Nemeth raised to 275,000. Margolin called and Nemeth showed K♦Q♣ for trip queens. Margolin turned over K♣Q♥ for the same hand and they chopped up Dubanov's chips.
Masashi Oya raised to 30,000 on the button with roughly 250,000 behind. After the small blind folded Steve O'Dwyer shoved from the big blind with the covering stack and Oya instantly called.

Oya was dominated by O'Dwyer and looked poised to hit the rail. However, the K♦2♥J♣ flop put Oya in the lead with top pair, and the 8♣ turn gave him a flush draw. The A♥ peeled off on the the river, however, to give O'Dwyer a pair of aces, and Oya was out.
Jessica Teusl limped in from the small blind and Stoyan Madanzhiev checked his option from the big blind.
They went to a flop of 6♦J♣A♥, which was checked through to the 2♣ turn. Teusl bet 25,000, and Madanzhiev called.
A 7♣ dropped on the river and Teusl bet 30,000, then Madanzhiev made it 100,000. Teusl quickly called.
Madanzhiev showed 10♣9♣ for a flush, and Teusl flashed 6♣5♣ to the table for a smaller flush.
Simon Lofberg opened to 30,000 from the cutoff, and Jessica Teusl three-bet jammed to 115,000 from the button. Hannes Jeschka was in the big blind, and he four-bet to an amount covering Lofberg, who quickly got out of the way.

Teusl had got unlucky to run into a monster behind her, and the 9♥8♠6♥J♣8♣ runout confirmed her departure.
Ryan Mandara raised to 30,000 from early position with Diogo Coelho calling out of the big blind.
After Coelho checked the J♦2♦J♠ flop, Mandara bet 15,000. Coelho check-raised to 50,000 and Mandara called.
Both players checked the 2♠ turn for the 9♦ to come on the river. Coelho led out for 95,000 and Mandara quickly called.
Coelho flipped over K♠10♠ for king-high and Mandara took down the pot with K♥K♣.
Andras Nemeth opened the button to 35,000 and Sebastien Compte called out of the big blind.
They went to a flop of A♥5♠K♠ where Compte check-called a bet of 35,000 from Nemeth to the Q♠ turn. Again, Compte went into check-call mode when Nemeth fired 75,000.
On the 5♣ river, both players elected to check and Compte showed K♣8♣ for a pair of kings, but he was pipped by the A♦J♣ of Nemeth, who had flopped a pair of aces.
