Ankit Ahuja opened fo 5,500 from the cutoff. Bernat Capdevila Montes called on the button and Aleksandr Kirichenko defended the big blind.

The monotone flop of K♦8♦3♦ was checked around, as was the 7♣ turn. Kirichenko checked the 8♠ river to Ahuja who bet 5,500. Montes called and Kirichenko went into the tank before folding.

Ahuja showed 10♣10♥ but was beaten by Montes's K♥6♥.

Action was on the flop on a board of Q♥Q♠3♥ and Maciej Gut pushed his stack in the middle to put Stephen Song at risk. Song called all in for around 28,000.

Song had A♦K♣ for ace-high, while Gut turned over Q♣10♣ for trip queens.

The turn came the 6♥ and river brought the 10♦ to further improve Gut's hand to a full house. He won the pot and 2024 EPT Barcelona Main Event champion Song was eliminated.
