Mark Helou opened to 700 from early position, and received a call from Eric Afriat in the cutoff, before Ihar Soika produced a three-bet to 3,100 from the big blind. Both of his opponents called.

On the A♥J♣7♦ flop, Soika continued with a bet of 2,800, which only Afriat called.

The 9♦ rolled off on the turn, and Soika continued with the aggression, firing out a bet of 10,000. After a brief period of thought, Afriat elected to fold.

Andrei Kaigorodtsev opened the action with a raise to 400 from early position, with Ivan Bryksin calling from middle position. Bogdan Ionescu, on the button, decided to three-bet to 1,800, prompting a four-bet from Samuel Mullur in the big blind to 5,300. Only Ionescu made the call.

On the J♠3♦7♠ flop, Mullur continued his aggression with a 7,200 bet, and Ionescu called.

The action slowed on the 3♠ turn when Mullur checked. Ionescu bet 6,000, and after some thought, Mullur called.

On the 5♠ river, Mullur checked once again. Ionescu grabbed a stack of chips and pushed them into the middle, effectively putting Mullur all-in. Mullur took a moment, then made the call, risking his tournament life. Mullur revealed A♠K♠ for the nut flush, but Ionescu showed J♥J♦ for a full house, sending Mullur packing to the registration desk for another shot.

Rustam Kabdylsalykov opened to 600 on the button and was called by Manuel Carvalho in the small blind. Dmitry Vitkind squeezed to 3,500 from the big blind, which got a fold from Kabdylsalykov and a call from Carvalho.

Carvalho check-called a 2,200 bet from Vitkind on the 8♣8♠Q♣ flop and then both players checked on the 4♦ turn.

Carvalho took the initiative with a 2,400 bet on the 8♦ river and Vitkind looked him up. Carvalho tabled Q♥J♥ for eights-full of queens and Vitkind sent his hand into the muck.

Andrey Litvinov opened to 600 from middle position, and received a call from Leonid Sidelkovskiy in the next seat, before Tom Middleton produced a three-bet to 3,000 from the button. Only Litvinov called.

On the A♦K♥5♣ flop, Litvinov check-called versus a bet of 2,000 from Middleton.

The turn brought the 2♦ and Litvinov checked once more. Middleton fired out a bet of 3,500, and looked surprised when Litvinov check-jammed for 14,000 total.

Middleton took quite a bit of time to think before ultimately sending his cards to the dealer. A card deflected off the dealer's hand and exposed the A♥.

The 6♦ turn brought no action as all three players checked.

On the 3♠ river, Abdelhakim Zoufri, in the small blind, led out with a 1,200 bet, and only Francesco Favia in the big blind called. Zoufri revealed Q♠4♠ for a flush, taking down the pot.
