Moschitta's Tournament Demise
Level 23
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
It started slowly when Luca Moschitta raised from the cutoff to 50,000 and was called by Alessandro Merelli, who was in the small blind.
On the 4♣A♦6♥ flop, Merelli check-called the bet of 35,000 from Moschitta.
Merelli checked the 7♥ turn after a brief stare down and Moschitta also took some time to consider before betting 110,000. Merelli went all-in and Moschitta didn't appear pleased, but eventually called.
Luca Moschitta: A♣10♥
Alessandro Merelli: 4♥4♠
With Merelli's flopped set, there was no help left for Moschitta as the river showed the K♦.
