Labat Wins Showdown
Level 20
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Antoine Labat raised to 80,000 on the button and Bert Stevens defended his big blind.
The dealer turned over the 4♠3♥A♣ flop, with Stevens check-calling a bet of 60,000. Both players then declined to bet on the A♠ turn.
The 8♠ river saw Stevens lead out for 60,000 and Labat did not take long to make the call. Stevens tabled 10♣5♣, while Labat claimed the pot with K♥9♦ (king-high).
