Vasken Demlakian, in the cutoff, thought on his decision before announcing "I'm almost certain it's a bluff, but I'm going to let you bluff me". Demlakian flashed the A♦ as he folded, allowing Ponakovs to lay claim to this pot without a showdown.

The 8♦6♣8♥ flop was checked through by all players.

On the 7♥ turn, Vaeza led out for 2,000, only to be faced with a raise to 10,000 by O'Dwyer. Boianovsky quickly folded, but Vaeza wasted no time in getting the rest of his chips into the middle, for around 60,000 total.

O'Dwyer took some time before sending his hand into the muck.
