Salvatore Runs Queens into Aces

Moreno Plozza opened to 1,000 from middle position, Giovanni Salvatore three-bet to 3,500 from the hijack and Theo Degrave four-bet to 7,000 from the cutoff. Plozza got out of the way while Salvatore made the call.

Salvatore got the last of his chips in on the 942 flop with Degrave having a covering stack to put Salvatore at risk.

Salvatore failed to crack Degrave's aces when the rest of the board ran out 99 and was sent to the rail while Degrave raked in a healthy pot.

Giorgio Donzelli opened to 1,000 from middle position. Action folded around to Bojidar Boiadjiev who completed in the small blind and Alejandro Vazquez who defended the big blind.

Both blinds checked the K103 flop to Donzelli who bet 2,600. Boiadjiev called and Vasquez folded. The 5 turn was checked around and the players showed down on the 2 river.

Boiadjiev showed J10 for second pair and Donzelli mucked.

Shahade Wins Small Pot

Jen Shahade raised to 1,000 from early position and picked up three calls, including Hiroshi Nishiyama in the big blind.

The flop came 24A and all four players checked. The turn was the A. The small blind checked, Nishiyama put out a small bet of 500 and only Shahade called.

The river came the 10. Nishiyama fired out for 1,000 and Shahade flicked in a chip to call. Hiroshi Nishiyama showed 82 for two pair, deuces with the aces on board. Shahade turned over 99 for a higher two pair with her pocket nines to win the pot.

On the 7 turn Isaia checked once more and Uharcek bet 2,400. This time Isaia opted to fold and Uharcek took the pot.

Kalietina check-called a 900 chip bet on the 937 flop. She then check-raised Vigna's 2,600 chip bet on the A to 6,000. Vigna made the call. Kalietina then led all in for around 20,000 on the 9 turn and Vigna quickly called.

Kalietina showed KJ for the nut flush but was bested by Vigna's AA for top full house.

The flop came 99K and action checked to Romanello, who made it 1,100 to go. Only Kuznetsov called. The turn was the 8 and Kuznetsov checked, which prompted Romanello to fire again for 3,600. Kuznetsov folded and Romanello scooped a small pot.
