Saliba Makes the Right Call

Gheorghe Fedorca opened to 2,500 from early position and was called by Erdal Gulseven in the small blind and Justin Saliba in the big blind.
It was checked to Fedorca on the K♦8♠3♠ flop and he continued for 3,200. Only Saliba called.
Saliba check-called a 5,700 bet from Fedorca on the 5♦ turn and checked a final time after the 5♥ completed the board. Fedorca wasn't done betting and put 10,800 into the middle — sending Saliba into the tank.
Saliba eventually put in a single chip to denote a call and Fedorca could only show A♥9♦. Saliba turned over 8♣4♣ for two pair and collected the pot.
