Only Pavlov called a bet of 30,000 by Picone on the 10♦5♣3♠ flop before they checked the 10♥ turn. Picone bet the A♠ river for 35,000 for Pavlov to raise to 155,000, getting the best of the Belgian once more as Picone let go.
