Garcia Back to Six Figures
Level 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Cesar Garcia raised to 60,000 under the gun and was called by Gregory Fournier in the cutoff and Owen Dodd in the big blind.
The flop of 6♥5♣J♠ was then checked to Fournier, who made a bet of 75,000. Dodd quickly got out of the way before Garcia made the call.
Both remaining players then checked on the 8♦ turn before Fournier fired a bet of 180,000 on the 6♣ river.
Garcia was in the tank for a bit but eventually made the call and Fournier turned over J♦10♦ for top pair. Garcia could not beat that and his cards swiftly hit the muck.
