Limping Appears to Be Pimping
Level 35
: Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante
Aleksejs Ponakovs limped in from the small blind with J♥4♠ and Barny Boatman checked 4♣2♣ in the big blind. Ponakovs bet out 600,000 on the J♦7♦8♠ flop and Boatman folded quickly.
One hand thereafter, Boatman, in the small blind, limped in with A♠K♠ and big blind David Kaufmann checked his Q♣3♠. The 8♥J♦6♣ flop was checked through before Boatman fired 600,000 on the 8♠ turn. Kaufmann made a swift fold and Boatman took down the pot.
One orbit later, Boatman limped in from the small blind again, this time with A♥Q♥. David Kaufmann checked J♠3♥ and Boatman bet 500,000 on the 8♠6♠K♥ flop and shipped another pot as Kaufmann let his hand go.
