Simon Brandström raised to 1,300 and earned calls from Antonio Buonanno as well as Ami Barer out of the blinds. The latter two checked the Q♥6♦5♠ flop and Brandström bet 1,800. Only Buonanno called before the 7♣ turn was checked.

Following the 9♦ river, Buonanno bet 2,300 and Brandström gave up the pot.

This is the only table on Day 1b which currently features two former EPT Main Event champions.

Christos Xanthopoulos raised to 1,300 from the button, the small blind called and Boris Angelov three-bet to 7,200, from the big blind. Xanthopoulos four-bet to 18,200, the small blind folded and Angelov called.

Angelov played out of flow, leading for 9,800 on the 8♥10♦9♠ flop. Xanthopoulos called.

The Q♥ saw Angelov size down with a bet of 8,500. Xanthopoulos was undeterred.

The 3♠ river saw Angelov empty the clip, moving all in for approximately 35,000. Xanthopoulos went into the tank, ultimately deciding to fold.

Iulian-Remus Blebea opened to 1,200 from under the gun and was called by Dario Sammartino in the cutoff. Ondrej Chalcar squeezed to 3,700 on the button and both Blebea and Sammartino called.

It was checked to Chalcar on the 4♦9♣Q♥ flop and he continued for 4,500. Blebea folded, but Sammartino called.

Sammartino check-called a 7,500 bet from Chalcar on the 4♠ turn, but check-folded facing an all-in bet from Chalcar on the 7♦ river, which was enough to put Sammartino all in for his last 20,500.

The flop came 10♥7♣7♠. Schwaederle checked, Korochenskiy bet 4,500 and Schwaederle called. The turn was the 4♠. Schwaederle checked again and Korochenskiy bet 7,200. Schwaederle once again called.

The river was the Q♣ and Schwaederle moved all in for 23,500. Korochenskiy folded and attempted to guess his opponent's hand, although Schwaederle wasn't up for giving anything away.
