Antonino Venneri was all in with a short stack preflop. He was called by Deniz Dogan and Adrien Amorella, who continued with a potential side pot postflop.

However, the pair opted to check down all three streets on a board of 4♠2♣5♦A♣9♠.

All three players flipped their cards for showdown. Dogan had 8♣7♠ and Amorella had K♥10♠. Venneri flipped over K♦9♦ for a rivered pair of nines to win the pot and triple up his stack.

Blaz Zerjav raised to 2,900 in the small blind and Samuel Ju called in the big blind. On a 8♥6♥4♣ flop, Zerjav bet 6,400 and Ju folded.

One hand later, Jordan Levy opened to 2,000 in the hijack and Demosthenes Kiriopoulos called in the cutoff. Levy bet 2,200 on the K♣4♣2♥ flop to earn a call before they checked the 2♦ turn. Levy then check-called the 9♥ river for 2,500 but couldn't beat the 10♠10♦ of Kiriopoulos.

Sammartino thought for some time before choosing to fold. Chalcar moved all in and Peters called off the bet for his last 49,000.

Lonis clicked it back to 18,400 and Martirosyan quickly folded. Lonis turned over 10♦9♦ for a stone bluff as he collected the pot.

Maksim Shornikau raised from late position, Guilebaldo Flores Manzo three-bet to 5,600 from the small blind and Shornikau called.

The flop came 4♠J♦8♣. Manzo made a continuation bet of 5,000 and Shornikau called. The turn came the 10♦. Manzo checked, Shornikau bet 13,000, then Manzo check-raised all in. Shornikau made the call for 36,300 and was covered as players revealed their cards.

Manzo showed K♠K♣ for pocket kings, but Shornikau flipped over 8♠8♦ for a set of eights. The river came the 6♠ and Shornikau held to win the pot and double his stack.

In a three-bet pot to the 8♣7♠7♥ flop, Kader Slila checked and subsequently called a bet worth 3,000 by Clement Bonnant. The A♣ turn brought no betting action and Slila checked the K♦ on the river.

Bonnant made it 15,000 to go and that won the pot uncontested.

The other two biggest stacks on the table belong to Aleksejs Ponakovs and Konstantin Held, the latter of which finished sixth in this very event one year ago.
