Alexandru Cinca, in early position, checked the action to Mehdi Bilem, in the cutoff. Bilem bet out 15,000 and Cinca responded by check-raising to 43,000.

Bilem went deep into the tank, thinking for so long that the clock was eventually called. Bilem's thirty-second countdown hit zero and the dealer flicked his cards into the muck.
