At showdown, Calzoni held A♠K♣, while Golinski revealed A♥A♣.

Calzoni was behind, needing help from the board. The flop came K♠5♣6♦, giving him a pair of kings, then the turn brought the K♦, completing his trips and putting him in the lead.

The 9♠ on the river didn’t change anything, and Calzoni secured the double-up, leaving Golinski with a much smaller stack.
