Boyaciyan Holds as Molnar’s Draws Fall Short

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Danyel Boyaciyan moved all in for his last 28,000 from the cutoff, and after some deliberation, Laszlo Molnar made the call from the button, setting the stage for a showdown.

Danyel Boyaciyan: QQAll in
Laszlo Molnar: AQ

Molnar needed help from the board to eliminate Boyaciyan, and the flop gave him plenty of hope, running out 9JK to open up both a flush draw and a gutshot straight draw.

However, the turn 7 and river J brought no further assistance, allowing Boyaciyan’s queens to hold for a crucial double-up.

Gouges Doubles With Cowboys

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Clement Gouges opened to 8,000 from early position with Dimitrios Gkatzas calling from the hijack. Igor Yaroshevskyy squeezed to 51,000 from the big blind and Gouges shoved for 158,000. Gatzas folded, but Yaroshevskyy called to put Gouges at risk.

Clement Gouges: KK All in
Igor Yaroshevskyy; AK

Ace on the River Spares Grantham

Level 15 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Christopher Grantham shoved for his last 36,000 from the hijack and it was folded to Jaehyung Park, who quickly placed calling chips into the middle from the big blind to put Grantham at risk.

Christopher Grantham: AKAll in
Jaehyung Park: 77

The 3108 flop and 9 turn left Grantham one card away from elimination, but the A river mercifully paired Grantham's ace on the river to award him the double up in dramatic fashion.
