Tjenno Eskes rasied to 160,000 from the cutoff and Siegfried Kapeller defended out of the big blind.

The flop fell 2♣7♦4♥ and Kapeller check-called a bet of 255,000 from Eskes.

The 3♣ rolled off on the turn and Kapeller checked again. Eskes fired out a second barrel of 650,000, which Kapeller called.

After the 6♦ came on the river both players checked and Kapeller won the hand with a straight holding 5♣4♠. Eskes mucked 8♠8♦ and the pot was pushed to Kapeller.

Siegfried Kapeller made it 160,000 from early position and Danut Chisu called with 6♥5♥ from middle position. Siarhei Alontsau then shoved the button for 3,265,000, and Kapeller called off his stack of 1,530,000. Chisu quickly folded.

Kapeller was way behind to the Cowboys of Alontsau and was at serious risk of being the first player eliminated on the final table. The dealer put out a flop of 7♥3♠Q♦ was about as dry as it gets for Kapeller, who needed to find a jack to stay alive. The turn brought his wishes, though, as the J♥ rolled off and improved him to a set, which left Alontsau with just two outs. Alontsau couldn't return the favor as the 10♠ completed the board, and Kapeller can thank the poker gods for that one.

Barak Oz opened the action with a raise to 160,000 from under the gun, and Vidar Oie called from the big blind, setting up a heads-up flop.

The board came down K♠J♦7♠, and Oie checked to Oz, who followed up with a 125,000 continuation bet. Oie wasted no time, moving all in for around 800,000. Oz quickly called, sending the hand to a showdown.

Oie showed K♦8♦, holding top pair with kings, but Oz revealed K♥Q♦, holding the same pair with the better kicker.

The 3♥ on the turn and 9♠ on the river didn't change a thing, sealing the pot for Oz and sending Oie to the rail just short of the unofficial final table.

Alontsau fired a bet of 90,000 on the 2♥K♠3♦ flop, which Chisu called

The turn came the J♣ and Alontsau put out another bet, this time for 1250,000. Chisu called again.

The 4♥ river checked through and Alontsau turned over A♦J♠ for a pair of jacks. It was good enough to win the pot as Chisu had queen-high with Q♥10♥.

The two players checked the 4♠ river and Runcan took down the pot with A♦7♠ for a pair of sevens, as Bergstrom slid A♣K♠ into the muck.

Anton Bergstrom just called from the small blind and Pedro Marques checked his option from the big blind.

Both players checked the 6♥5♠3♥ flop, and the 2♦ dropped on the turn. Bergstrom checked again, and Marques bet 240,000. Bergstrom called and they headed to the river.

The 4♣ rolled off on the river and Bergstrom opted to lead out for 600,000. Marques thought for a few moments before raising to 1,500,000. Bergstrom quickly folded and Marques dragged in the pot.
