The Spin & Go Championship Live is set to take center stage at EPT Barcelona this weekend, bringing one of poker’s most electrifying formats to the real-world felt at Casino Barcelona.
The €275,000 prize pool will be battled out across two days, with 81 qualifiers and three VIP guests taking part in the unique three-handed shootout. Rory Jennings, Alejandro “Papa MC” Lococo and Giada Fang secured their seats through Friday’s VIP Spin-Off and will now join the field in the chase for the title.
Action begins today with three separate heats at 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 5 p.m.. Each heat features 27 players across nine tables, and the first player in each match to reach three wins will advance.
Later tonight, the survivors return for Round 2, again racing to a select number of wins to book a place in Sunday’s finale.
On the final day, the last nine will play Round 3, where more wins are needed to progress to the Grand Final. The eventual champion will walk away with €100,000, with €35,000 going to second place and €15,000 to third.
It is not only the top three who will be rewarded. Every opening round winner earns €1,000, while reaching the final nine guarantees €3,000.
