There is an extra twist at each table in the Spin & Go Championship Live. Three cards are placed face down in the middle whenever a player wins a game, and they get to turn one of them over. Two of the cards are blanks, while one unlocks a spin on the prize wheel that can award up to €5,000.

Once a card is turned over it is removed, which means the odds change as play goes on. If the first card revealed is a blank, the next winner has a fifty-fifty chance of hitting the prize wheel. If both blanks are drawn, the final card guarantees the spin.
