Henry Brade had opened in middle position when Fabien Desbrueres made it 1,200 to go in the cutoff. Georgios Karakousis cold-called on the button, and Brade tossed in calling chips as well.
Desbrueres tossed in 2,500 on the Q♣6♥7♠ flop, which only Karakousis called. The two remaining players checked through the 4♠ turn, leading Desbrueres to bet another 2,500 on the 6♣ river.
Karakousis quickly put calling chips over the line, after which Desbrueres tabled 10♥10♠ for a pair of tens. Karakousis won the pot with Q♠J♣ for top pair, however, awarding him the pot of over 100 big blinds.
