Meutstege Straightens Out Oeye
Level 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Koen Meutstege in the big blind and Espen Oeye in the hijack had reached the end of the 8♥9♦10♠K♥10♦ board. With 25,500 in the pot, Meutstege moved all in, sending Oeye deep into the tank.
Oeye confirmed that Meutstege had him covered before eventually deciding to risk his stack of 27,000 by calling.
Meutstege showed J♦7♦ for a flopped straight, besting the A♦K♣ of Oeye and sending him to an early dinner.
