Sammer Ships It In
Level 18
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
In a blind-on-blind pot, Tom Vogelsang and Harald Sammer had reached the 3♣J♦6♠Q♦ turn. With around 110,000 in the middle, Vogelsang checked to Sammer, who fired a bet of 50,000.
Vogelsang called without much hesitation, but he check-folded the K♣ river when Sammer sized up to 212,000 leaving himself only a few chips back.
