Lecoeuvre Takes Nearly All De Martino's Chips

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Nicolas Lecoeuvre kicked off the hand with a raise to 2,000 from the cutoff. Christian Peukert called in the hijack, then Diego De Martino three-bet to 7,000 from the small blind. Lecoeuvre and Peukart both called.

The flop came 68A and all three players checked to the turn, which was the K. De Martino made a delayed continuation-bet of 7,000, which only Lecoeuvre called.

The river was the A and De Martino pushed 20,000 into the middle, leaving himself just 5,000 behind. Lecoeuvre moved all in, not allowing his opponent the liberty of making a not-quite-all-in shove. De Martino decided to fold his hand and live to see another pot, while Lecoeuvre scooped in the chips.
