Maksim Haitsiukevich open-raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Luke Marsh three-bet to 6,000 from the button. Mikhail Nikolaev called in the small blind and the big blind came along.
The flop came 7♥6♠10♦ and Nikolaev checked. Haitsiukevich bet 4,500 and only Nikolaev called. On the K♥ turn, Nikolaev checked and Haitsiukevich sized up to 8,500, which Nikolaev called.
The river came the 5♣ and Nikolaev checked a third time. Haitsiukevich went smaller with a bet of 5,500 and Nikolaev went into the tank. He then slammed the chips in the middle, prompting Haitsiukevich to reveal K♦Q♦ for a pair of kings. Nikolaev slammed his cards and Haitsiukevich took the pot.
