Shaganov Finds a Miracle to Stun Suplika

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Heads-up on a board of 8259, Till Suplika moved all in for 20,500 from the big blind and Artem Shaganov called in the cutoff.

Shaganov turned over 88 for a flopped set, but Suplika had turned a set holding 99 and was poised for a double up until the 8 came on the river to give Shaganov quads.

"Let me take a picture. Wow, what a hand," Shaganov said as several players at the table took out their phones to capture the board. Suplika, still smiling despite falling victim to a one-outer, came over to give Shaganov a fist bump before making his exit.

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Adrian Cazacu raised to 3,000 in the hijack and Gerard Carbo called on the button. Isaac Haxton then moved all in for his last 8,000 in the small blind and Cazacu took a minute before eventually folding, but Carbo snap-called.

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Maher Achour was seen taking his leave as his top pair and flush draw fell victim to Mehdi Rebai's set of nines. The rest of the chips were piled in on the turn on a board of 6A49.

Achour had AK and Rebai had 99. The river came the Q and Rebai held to win the pot.

"Well played mate," commented Spraggy, perhaps with a little sarcasm. Felix Schneiders commented that he folded pocket jacks.
