Dimitrios Gkatzas opened the action with a raise to 1,700 in early position. John Mooney three-bet to 5,000 in middle position, after which Marius Kudzmanas upped the price to 12,000 in the cutoff.
Gkatzas quickly got out of the way, but Mooney wanted to see a flop and called the extra chips.
The 5♠J♥3♥ flop made Mooney lead out for 6,500. Kudzmanas matched the bet to see the 2♥ turn, where Mooney kept firing. His bet of 8,000 was enough to take the pot as Kudzmanas swiftly let go of his hand.
