End of the Road For Fernandez
Level 11
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
With about 25,000 having gone into the pot preflop, three players saw the dealer fan the 6♣K♠6♦ flop.
Jorge Fernandez was first to act from the big blind and opted to lead all in for 20,500. Muhamet Perati called from middle position, while Jorge Ribeiro folded the button.
Jorge Fernandez: 8♦8♠
Muhamet Perati: 6♥5♥
Fernandez had a pair of eights but was in terrible shape against Perati's trip sixes.
The 6♠ turn left Fernandez drawing dead to Perati's quads, making the 3♦ river a mere formality as Fernandez headed to the exit.
