Pidhrusnyi Doesn't Pull the Trigger
Level 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Barbara Akemi raised under the gun to 60,000 and was three-bet to 200,000 by Vasyl Pidhrusnyi in the small blind. Akemi elected to call.
Pidhrusnyi fired for 125,000 once the dealer spread the 4♠2♦10♣ flop. Akemi called.
The 2♥ arrived on the turn, and Pidhrusnyi placed out a second barrel of 200,000. Akemi continued again with a call.
The 8♥ rolled off on the river, and Pidhrusnyi used a few time banks before checking. Akemi checked back, and Pidhrusnyi showed ace-high with A♠J♣. Akemi tabled the winner with J♥J♦, adding even more chips to her already sizable stack.
