Carbo Rivers Pak
Level 27
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Gerard Carbo raised to 120,000 from the hijack and Edward Pak defended from the big blind.
Pak checked after seeing the J♠Q♠J♥ flop, and Carbo took the opportunity to fire a continuation-bet of 60,000. Pak called.
The 2♣ turn checked through to see the 10♠ land on the river, which also went check, check. Pak tabled A♦9♣ for ace-high, but Carbo had rivered a pair of tens with K♦10♦ to win the pot.
