Chris Ferguson open-shoved for his last few thousand. Juha Helppi to his left thought about it for some time, but passed. Peter Neff reraised all in, everyone else got out of their way, and they turned their cards over.

With a handshake and a nod, Ferguson made a gentlemanly exit. Juha Helppi was wondering what Neff would have done if he had called Ferguson's all in; Neff confesses he would have folded. Turns out Helppi was holding and would have won the hand, had he made the call.
In case they haven't filled up already on the assorted treats passed around by the generous valets or smuggled in by players, our remaining high-rolling runners will very shortly be heading off on a 40-minute dinner break.
As so often happens, as soon as play restarted after the dinner break, there was a flurry of exits. Very definitely the first of those was Neil Channing, who somehow found himself all in for the ante on the first hand back. That must have been a fun dinner break for him. Ylon Schwartz raised and it was just the two of them.
"Oh, I found a hand," said Channing, but it was no good.
