William Thorson
With the board reading and 4,000 already in the pot he faced a river bet of 2,600 from the player in the small blind.
"I can beat Queen-Ten" announced William Thorson as he flicked out the call. What he was beating with it we did not see as the small blind turned over the causing Thorson to swiftly muck.

Barny Boatman
The action is unclear but with the cards on their backs at the river and all of Boatman's chips in the middle he held which was no good against Marcel Baran's on a King-high board.

More of a huge pile-up than a head-on collision really.
vs. vs. all-in preflop, and folded.
The board came Jack high. Pocket Kings actually managed to make a profit in the hand by virtue of winning a large side-pot against the Queens.
