when we found Maximos Pertsinidis and Simon Deadman engaged in a sizable hand. With well over 60,000 piled in the middle of the table, Pertsinidis checked over to Deadman.
Deadman reached into his chip stack and came out with a bet of 50,000. This bet sent Pertsinidis deep into the tank as it was a solid chunk of his own remaining chips. Almost four minutes passed in silence while Pertsinidis contemplated what to do.
"I call," said Pertsinidis, pushing a large stack of chips past the betting line.

for quad jacks and the stone cold nuts. Pertsinidis' hand was thrown to the muck and Deaman was awarded a pot that brought his stack to right around 300,000.
