Markin Takes One Down

Level 22 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

Paul Newey raised it up to 240,000 from the small blind and was called by Leonid Markin on the big blind.

The flop came down {4-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Newey slid out another 250,000 in chips and was called as the {q-Spades} fell on the turn.

Newey opted to check his option which prompted Markin to reach for his chips and splash in a bet totalling 275,000 in chips. Newey thought for just a second before releasing his hand into the muck.
