Day 2 of the EPT Copenhagen is due to start at 2 p.m. local time (GMT+1). The two day ones combine with 170 players remaining. Peter Eastgate tops the chip count with 79,700, while his fellow Day 1a starter Ola Brandborn is in second place with just 400 less.

Tommy Pavliek is the only player out of the top ten who is not from Scandinavia. The Canadian online qualifier lies in 8th place with 67,000 chips after being as low as 4,000 early in day one.

According to tournament director Thomas Kremser, we will play until we hit the money at 40 players remaining or eight full levels -- whatever comes first. Play will be eight-handed from here on out. Players will get a 15-minute break every two levels, with a 45-minute dinner break following Level 4.
