Claus Tversted=Bubble Boy, Haward Speer Eliminated in 40th Place ($12,575)

Trond Eidsvig knocked out Haward Speer with {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} against {K-Clubs}{A-Spades}. The board came down {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{8-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}.

As they were playing hand for hand, another all-in was happening at another table, this one involving Jarle Aasen with {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts} versus Claus Tversted's {K-Spades}{J-Spades}. The board ran out {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}.

As Claus started the hand with fewer chips than Haward, he became the bubble boy and Haward gets $12,575 (63,259 DKK) for finishing 40th.

Hand for Hand

With 41 players remaining, play will now go hand for hand until we have one more elimination and the remaining 40 players are all in the money.

Peter Petersen Loses Two in a Row

Peter Petersen
Peter Petersen
Peter Petersen just lost two pots in a row. First, he bet his draw on the turn of a {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} board and was called by Martin Hansen. They both checked the {4-Hearts} river and Martin's {Q-Spades}{7-Diamonds} was good against Peter's {5-Spades}{6-Hearts} for a 60,000-chip pot.

A few hands later, Peter bet 16,000 on a {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop and Rasmus Nielsen made it 54,000 total. Eventually Peter folded, showing {Q-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Rasmus flashed the {9-Clubs}. Rasmus now has just over 300,000 whilst Peter is knocked back to 100,000.

Lasse Jeppesen Eliminated by Patrik Andersson

Patrik Andersson
Patrik Andersson
Patrik Andersson opened the pot for 12,000, Lasse Jeppesen moved all in for a little over 70,000 and Andersson made the call.

Andersson: {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}
Jeppesen: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop was {K-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}, giving the lead to Andersson.

"You're not dead yet!" exclaimed the always-talkative Leroy Soesman.

The {K-Hearts} fell on the turn.

"Well, now you are!" said Soesen as Jeppesen stood up. The river was the inconsequential {10-Hearts}, and Andersson seized the chip lead with 292,000.
