Mercier Gets Tricky With Altergott

Jason Mercier has twice been the pre flop aggressor and checked back the flop before raising an opponent on the turn. It's a confusing and powerful line to take given the circumstances.
He raised to 80,000 from the button and Max Altergott called from the small blind. Scott Seiver couldn't believe that he had to fold from the big blind.
Both players checked the 
flop before Altergott led for 85,000 on the 
turn. The Team PokerStars Pro raised to 315,000 and Altergott folded.
