Ganglbauer Chops it Up

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

Markus Ganglbauer raised from early position and picked up two callers before Benjamin Philipps three-bet to 1,600. Ganglbauer shoved for 6,200 and the two cold callers folded, Philipps called it off with the {K-Spades}{Q-Spades}. Ganglbauer only had the {K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} but spiked some hope on the flop {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}.

Both the {2-Hearts} turn and {2-Spades} river ensured a split pot instead and the Austrian sat back down.

No Black Aces to See

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Jiri Horak was sitting in the big blind and had a raise to 3,000 in front while Bahador Azad then cut out a squeeze to 8,500 from under the gun. Horak moved all in and Azad asked for a count. Once it was determined to be 30,725, Azad folded and asked his opponent whether he had black aces or not.

"No, it was the ace of diamonds and the five of spades," the Czech replied and Azad joked "oh, you had me beat."

One table over, Frederic Schwarzer bet the {J-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop for 1,000 and then folded to a jam worth 12,325 by the player from one seat over.

Amir Mozaffarian

After a limp and a min-raise to 600 by Jorgen Jagd, Amir Mozaffarian three-bet to 1,925 out of the big blind. Only Jagd called and they saw a flop of {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}. The German continued and was called before the {4-Clubs} fell on the turn. Mozaffarian bet 4,500 and was called once again before the {2-Clubs} river completed a straight on the board.

Mozaffarian moved all in and Jagd snap-called with {K-Spades}{J-Spades} only to see his opponent turn over {A-}{7-} for the better straight. Two hands later, the hijack opened to 1,100 and the cutoff called. Mozaffarian three-bet to 4,000 and the big blind then squeezed to 11,000. Only Mozaffarian called and the duo checked down the board {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{8-Spades}. Cohen Gets Own Medicine

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

Emmanouil Saloustros barely stopped celebrating to rub it in for his opponent Yehuda Cohen. The latter had doubled up not long ago, but now lost a decent chunk of the stack again in a pot of more than 30,000 chips. Saloustros had flopped top pair with {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs} on a board of {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, the cards of Cohen were already in the muck.

Zeljko Jovanovic in seat one said he had held pocket kings and the rest of the table joked how "crazy" the action and emotions were.
