Thorel Busted by Metz's Rockets
Level 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Jason Metz opened to 3,000 first to act and just behind him, Jean-Noel Thorel three-bet to 10,000. Action folded back around to Metz, who announced he was all in, which was enough to put Thorel all in for approximately 30,000 total. Thorel called and hands were revealed.
Jean-Noel Thorel: 10♣10♠
Jason Metz: A♣A♥
Thorel would need some help to keep his main event going, but the 4♦6♣6♥9♦5♦ runout came clean for Metz, who collected the rest of Thorel's chips.
