Greenwood Storming Back

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Luc Greenwood had 130K at 30K big blind on the bubble but he's now sitting on a nice stack after his latest come-up. This time, saw a raise and three-bet from the first three spots before he four-bet all in for 684,808. Three-bettor Francisco "VaPaCooler" Benitez called with {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} but was crushed by {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}.

The {3-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} board was all Greenwood and he's authoring a nice comeback from nearly bubbling.

Kruse Three-Outed

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Andrea Dato opened for 70,000 in middle position and called the shove of a short-stacked Max Kruse, who had about 145K in the small blind.

Kruse: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Dato: {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The {8-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{k-Spades} left Kruse in need but the {2-Spades} and {4-Clubs} didn't help him.

Nasty Way to Go for Andersson

Level 29 : 17,500/35,000, 4,500 ante

Joakim Andersson raised to 210,000 second to act and called off his last big blind when Lev "LevmeAlone" Gottlieb jammed on the button.

Andersson: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Gottlieb: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The {k-Spades}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{q-Hearts} board left Andersson fading a two-outer but the {k-Clubs} arrived on the river.

[Removed:565] Busted on a Beat

Level 28 : 15,000/30,000, 3,500 ante

[Removed:564] opened for 75,000 in middle position and Damian Salas set him in for about 600K effective out of the big blind. [Removed:565] called it off holding {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and Salas was dominated with {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}.

The {10-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} left [Removed:565] fading jacks and nines, and Salas found a {9-Spades} river for a straight.

The remaining 35 players are all in the money and on break. Luckily for [Removed:565], he did sneak into the money as Joni Jouhkimainen also went bust.

Drinan Coolered

Level 28 : 15,000/30,000, 3,500 ante

Connor Drinan got it in for about 300,000 with {k-}{k-} but was crushed by the {a-}{a-} of Koray Aldemir. No kings hit the board and Drinan busted on the bubble, which continues for one more elimination.

Elias Busts to Force Hand-for-Hand

Level 28 : 15,000/30,000, 3,500 ante

Darren Elias defended the small blind on a short stack when Yuri Dzivielevski opened for 52,000 and he shoved on the {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop with {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. Dzivielevski had {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} but managed to hold as two bricks fell, and the tournament's now hand-for-hand two off the money.

Blinds: 15,000/30,000

More Eliminations

Level 27 : 12,500/25,000, 3,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick got his money in good with {a-}{k-} against {k-}{q-} of "ILUCKuHARD" but his opponent turned a king-high straight to bust him.
