Rolle Busts Pillai

Level 24 : 7,000/14,000, 1,750 ante
Pillai vs Rolle
Pillai vs Rolle

Shankar Pillai doubled through Benjamin Rolle not long ago and then open-jammed out of the small blind, which Rolle snap-called while in the big blind.

Shankar Pillai: {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Benjamin Rolle: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The kicker played on the {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{k-Hearts}{a-Clubs} board to send Pillai to the rail. Lucas Greenwood and Isaac Haxton followed as the final five tables were reached.

Sammartino Doubles; Reeves Busts

Level 24 : 7,000/14,000, 1,750 ante

Dario Sammartino was at risk for a pot of more than 400k against Dan Smith, which triggered the following showdown.

Dario Sammartino: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Dan Smith: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{k-Clubs} board kept Sammartino in contention while Smith's late entry has paid off thus far.

Shortly thereafter, Luke Reeves jammed from under the gun and Bert Stevens made the call from the big blind.

Luke Reeves: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Bert Stevens: {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

The {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{k-Clubs} board brought no help to Reeves as he missed the overcard and flush draw.

Kolinkovskiy Busts "xyzpoker"

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

The pace of eliminations has somewhat slowed down as fewer super late entrants remain.

"xyzpoker" was among those and ran with {a-Hearts}{6-Clubs} into the {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} of Pavlo Kolinkovskiy in a battle of the blinds.

The {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board provided no help as aces and queens prevailed.

Kelopuro Over a Million

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante
Kelopuro Wins Three-Way All-In
Kelopuro Wins Three-Way All-In

A massive three-way all-in was brewing and the pot exceeded one million, featuring the following three players.

Sami Kelopuro: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Isaac Haxton: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Daniel Dvoress: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{4-Spades}{a-Diamonds} and Kelopuro tripled up while Haxton was left with fumes, which he quintupled right atfer.

Down to Six Tables

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

As the pace of eliminations whittled down the field of hopefuls in frantic fashion, only six tables remain.

Former big stack Mustapha Kanit was the last player to bust and just prior to that, Joakim Andersson also ran out of chips.

Andersson called the jam by Timothy Adams in a battle of the blinds to reveal the slightly superior hand.

Joakim Andersson: {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Timothy Adams: {q-Spades}{4-Spades}

Adams paired up on the {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{8-Clubs} board to send Andersson to the rail.

Kruk Eliminated by Mateos

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Christopher Kruk was also among the last-gasp entries and got his short stack in from the cutoff, which Adrian Mateos called out of the big blind.

Christopher Kruk: {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}
Adrian Mateos: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Spades} board brought no help to Kruk and he was sent to the rail.

Large Batch of Casualties

Level 23 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Level: 23

Blinds: 6,000/12,000

Ante: 1,500

Zobian Busts Rudolph and O'Dwyer

Level 22 : 5,000/10,000, 1,250 ante

In three-way action to the {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop, Christian Rudolph got it in with the {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs} out of the big blind. Aram "Pusha T" Zobian looked him up from the small blind with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the overcards and flush draw.

The {q-Diamonds} turn provided another gutshot on top and the {3-Hearts} river completed the flush.

Steve O'Dwyer also fell victim to Zobian's streak after the end of the late registration in a preflop all-in.

O'Dwyer's {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} was in dire shape versus {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs} and the {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{8-Spades} board brought no miracle.
