Early Casualties

Level 6 : 700/1,400, 175 ante

The following have busted and will need to re-enter if they wish to continue.

Derzhypilskyi Takes From Foxen

Level 6 : 700/1,400, 175 ante

Alex Foxen raised to 3,080 from early position and found one caller in Andrii Derzhypilskyi from the big blind.

The two saw a {3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{a-Spades} flop and Derzhypilskyi check-called a 2,809 flop from Foxen.

Derzhypilskyi decided to lead out on the {4-Hearts} turn for 5,280, which Foxen called after using some of his timebank.

The river came the {10-Diamonds} and Derzhypilskyi bet over the size of the pot for 18,329. Foxen responded by using the thumbs-down "You Suck" emoji and folded, sending the pot Derzhypilskyi's way.

Ponakovs Doubles Through Stasiak

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Alek "astazz" Stasiak opened the action from middle position to 2,650. Aleks Ponakovs flatted from the button and the two went heads up to a {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop. Stasiak c-bet to 4,200, which was met with raise to 10,262 from Ponakovs. Not to be outdone, Stasiak 3-bet to 27,000. After using some of his timebank, Ponakovs called.

The turn came the {9-Clubs} and Stasiak bet enough to put Ponakovs all-in for his last 53,138. Ponakovs called and hands were revealed.

Ponakovs: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Stasiak: {6-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

The turn had given Ponakovs a set and left Stasiak drawing dead. A meaningless {3-Clubs} fell on the river and Ponakovs doubled through.

Fox Takes Down Pot With Light River Call

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 125 ante

Elio Fox raised to 2,200 from middle position and was called only by Stephen Chidwick in the big blind.

Fox continued for a 1,947 c-bet on the {2-Spades}{a-Spades}{10-Spades} monotone flop, which Chidwick called.

Both players slowed down and checked the {q-Spades} turn; however, when the {5-Clubs} landed on the river, Chidwick led out for an overbet of 11,753. Fox called after some thought and Chidwick showed {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, which was no good against Fox's {3-Clubs}{3-Spades} for a baby flush.
