No Club for Dzivielevski

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Yuri Dzivielevski opened under the gun for 12,600 and got two callers. He checked the {6-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{q-Spades} flop along with big blind Sam Greenwood but Aleksejs Ponakovs bet 15K. Greenwood folded but Dzivielevski made it 42,120. Ponakovs called then called a similar-sized barrel on the {3-Hearts}. On the {2-Spades} river, Dzivielevski shoved for 85K and Ponakovs called.

Dzivielevski had {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a worthless missed draw and Ponakovs took it with {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

Davies Turned Dead

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Seth Davies defended his big blind then got it in with {j-Spades}{10-Hearts} after flopping top pair on {4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. He was against the {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} of Samuel Vousden and a diamond hit on the turn to doom Davies.

Haxton Busts Again

Level 16 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Blind versus blind, Isaac Haxton was all in with {k-}{j-Clubs} against the {k-}{q-} of Anatoly Filatov. Filatov flopped two pair on {q-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} but was still fading a ton. Haxton didn't improve on the turn or river, though.

Eibinger Binks on Andersson

Level 15 : 2,750/5,500, 650 ante

Mattias Eibinger opened for 11,550 in the cutoff and Joakim Andersson three-bet to 31,350 in the small blind. Eibinger crammed in for 144K and Andersson called with {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. Eibinger had {a-Spades}{j-Spades} and found an ace on the flop to bust Andersson.

Pardo Flips Well

Level 15 : 2,750/5,500, 650 ante

In the last hand at the previous level, Isaac Haxton was all in from the big blind with {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} against the {5-Spades}{5-Hearts} of Juan Pardo on his right. The {7-Spades}{j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades} left Haxton in need on the river.

A heart peeled, which was good news for him, but it turned out to be the {k-Hearts}.

Peters Runs Down Malinowski

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 600 ante

Wiktor Malinowski raised to 10,000 under the gun and David Peters defended big blind. Malinowski continued for 7,000 on {3-Clubs}{2-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Peters raised to 21,000. Malinowski called. On the {8-Spades}, Peters bet 17,325 and Malinowski called the small bet, leaving 88K behind for the {6-Spades} river.

Peters ripped in and Malinowski called with {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} but was beaten on the river by {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}.

Filatov Soaring

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 600 ante

Anatoly Filatov min-raised and called the shove of Pablo Navarro, who had only about 57K in the small blind. Navarro was dominated with {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs} against {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and a queen-high flop plus another queen on the turn made it a short sweat.
