Davidi Kitai: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Eelis Parssinen: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The big slick held for Kitai with the {2-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds} coming out on the board to give him a double-up.

Aleksei "JokerFace" Barkov entered the day as a short stack but laddered up to seventh place for $234,787.

It appeared it would be Watson for a bit who would go out in seventh but instead Watson was the one that delivered the final blow to Barkov.

Niklas Astedt opened the cutoff for 800,000. Barkov jammed the button for 2,177,650. Watson four-bet jammed for 6,892,264 from the big blind and Astedt folded.

Aleksei "JokerFace" Barkov: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Michael Watson: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

The {7-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} ran out on the board and Watson soared past 10 million in chips while eliminating Barkov.

Astedt Back on Top

Level 42 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

The lead went back to Niklas Astedt then over once again to Eelis Parssinen before Astedt took it over once again.

Astedt opened the button for 800,000 and Parssinen defended his big blind.

Parssinen check-called a bet of 726,500 after the {10-Spades}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs} landed on the flop.

The rest of the action was checked down with the {q-Hearts} coming on the turn followed by the {10-Hearts} on the river.

Parssinen turned over {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} and Astedt won the pot with a better kicker on the paired board with {k-Spades}{6-Clubs}.

Niklas Astedt reclaimed the chip lead after Yan lost some of his stack to Watson.
