Foulkes Finds Tough Call
Level 14
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
A pot of 40,000 had developed by the river, on a board of 9♥7♦6♣3♠2♦, in a hand between a player in the cutoff and Matthew Foulkes in the big blind.
Foulkes check-called a bet of 25,000 from his opponent, who said "You're good", and tabled Q♣10♣ for queen-high. Foulkes took the pot with A♠3♥ for fourth pair.
