Lewis Goes "Zero to 100"
Just after entering the tournament from the final satellite, Wilfred Lewis bet 1,200 from the hijack on a 
flop. His opponent in the cutoff announced all in for about Lewis' starting stack, and Lewis stood up and made the call.

turn further reduced his opponent's outs. The

"I go from zero to 100 real quick!" he yelled.
The next hand, in a three-bet pot, the player who doubled Lewis up bet 3,000 on a 
flop. Josh Mancuso, who recently sat down and fired up the three-bet, folded on the button, and Lewis called. The turn prompted a check from Lewis and a shove for 8,550. Lewis called, showing
