Baumer had {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts} against the {a-Spades}{3-Hearts} of Nomula. The board was no help to Nomula and he was eliminated in 9th place.

Scharf Takes Some From Nomula, Now 2nd In Chips

Jeremy Scharf just overtook Shiva Numalo for second place in the chip counts on this last hand. Scharf made it 55,000 preflop from the button and Nomula called from the small blind. Robert Keeling folded in the big blind and the dealer set out the flop.

The board was {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Nomula led out for 45,000. Scharf thought about it a moment, then made it 125,000. Nomula called.

The turn and the river killed all the action, when they were both clubs, {4-Clubs}{k-Clubs} and Scharf turned over two pair to win the hand.

Green Rolling, Catches Kamenjarin on the River

Stephen Green is having a good couple levels, building his stack after two double ups.

On this hand he called a big bet by Michael Kamenjarin on the river and showed that he had rivered two pair. Kamenjarin had turned two pair, but Green won the hand when he got a higher two pair on the river.
