board from early position, and John Marshall bet 10,000 into a pot of around 15,000 from the cutoff. The early-position player check-raised to 20,000, then called off his 100,000 chip stack when Marshall three-bet jammed.

Marshall's set had been turned by the early-position player's bigger set, but as alluded to by the title of this post, the
