Bianchi Three-Bets, Jams Flop

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Hamid Izadi opened the action to 100,000, and Paul Bianchi three-bet to 265,000. Izadi called.

The flop was a monotone {3-Spades}{4-Spades}{q-Spades}, and Izadi checked it over to the three-bettor, who jammed more than the pot: 655,000.

Izadi folded, and Bianchi shot back up to over a million.

Michalak Surging

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Christopher Audrain raised to 110,000 from under the gun, and John Michalak three-bet to 325,000 from the button. Audrain tanked for a minute before making the call.

The {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades} flop was checked by Audrain, and Michalak bet 225,000. Audrain immediately folded.

Three-Way Pot Goes Michalak's Way

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Paul Bianchi opened to 80,000 from the cutoff, and John Michalak quickly called on the button. Hamid Izadi also called in the big blind.

The flop came {8-Spades}{2-Spades}{3-Spades}, and Izadi checked it over to Bianchi, who chose not to continue. When Michalak bet 100,000, Izadi snap-mucked, and Bianchi laid it down as well.

Izadi Catches a Bluff

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Hamid Izadi
Hamid Izadi

Hamid Izadi raised to 100,000 from the button, and Christopher Audrain called in the small blind, as did Paul Bianchi in the big blind.

The {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop saw Audrain lead out for 160,000, which quickly chased Bianchi out. Izadi tanked for a minute before calling.

Audrain bet 200,000 on the {5-Spades} turn, and Izadi called again.

The {k-Clubs} fell on the river, and Audrain bet 200,000. Izadi called, and Audrain tabled {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a busted flush draw. Izadi rolled over {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for kings-up and the winner.

Bianchi Doubles into the Chip Lead through Coliny

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Paul Bianchi opened to 80,000 on the button, and Justin Coliny called in the big blind.

The two went to a flop of {k-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}, and, as we've seen him do a handful of times before in this tournament, Coliny led into his raiser for 125,000. Bianchi thought for a moment and called.

The board paired on the {6-Diamonds} turn, and Coliny continued for 250,000. Bianchi took his time counting down his stack and considering his options, eventually raising to 575,000. Action was back on Coliny, who gave it a minute before three-bet shoving and putting Bianchi at risk for his tournament life. But Bianchi couldn't have possibly called any faster.

Paul Bianchi: {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}
Justin Coliny: {j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Bianchi had nailed the turn for trips, and Coliny's bluff-shove couldn't get through, leaving him drawing dead before the {a-Diamonds} river. Bianchi raked the pot and took the chip lead.

John Michalak raised to 100,000 from the small blind, and Justin Coliny called in the big blind.

Michalak bet 115,000 on the {q-Spades}{4-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop, and Coliny called.

Both players checked the {a-Spades} turn, and Michalak checked again on the {q-Clubs} river. Coliny bet 300,000, and Michalak check-raised all in. Coliny snapped off his last 985,000 and showed {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs} for a flush, but Michalak held {a-Hearts}{6-Spades} for a full house to eliminate Coliny.

Clock!

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Hamid Izadi opened to 120,000 from the cutoff, and Chris Audrain called on the button.

A paired flop came in the form of {7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades}, and Izadi bet 300,000, an effective all-in versus Audrain's short stack.

Audrain alternated between staring at Izadi and looking down at the board, shuffling chips throughout intense concentration. The clock was eventually called, though it's unclear by whom, and Audrain laid it down with 20 seconds to spare.
